This is the first time I’ve ever seen anyone add the gravy granules to the hot water. It’s normally the other way round. I don’t know why that’s bothered me so much 😂😂 the crispy onions 🤌🏼💜

This is the correct type of mash! You need it fluffy and dry to taste potato and soak up the sauce
