My dentist told me I have some mild bone loss and that i needed to see the hygienist which I have done.. he then also suggested whitening to me but my teeth are not badly stained!

Wait, is 3 gum disease?! 🥺 I saw a different dentist to my usual one last week and they said 1 for upper teeth and 1-3 for lower teeth. Should I be concerned? 😅

Gum disease can be resolved at home, no need for thorough cleaning. Just floss, brush and mouthwash

I just had one side of my teeth deep cleaned got to go back in 3 months for the next side! My dentist was amazing.
