I also have tinnus, and the only thing that helps is vitamin b12 and b6. When I stop taking them, the sound is just awful, but when I do, I even forget I have it :)

I have tinnitus. high frequency sound I cannot hear because of the ringing is also high frequency. when I am busy I do not hear the sound because lack of focus. But it s there all the time.

I have tinnitus and I got a CT scan and there's fluid built up in the bone of my ear on both ears, they did nothing for me , just told me I have hearing loss in my right ear , but I get the tinnitus
