Starting with neighboring windows, they can melt the siding and cause it to ripple. You’re options are limited to planting trees or bushes to block the reflection, or treating the windows with a film that will reduce the glare. If you’re hell bent on vinyl, get a quote for upgrading to a heat resistant vinyl that can withstand this reflective heat.
