As a EE phd student, I'd also recommend PDE's, numerical analysis, and complex and harmonic analysis, at least for the more mathematically inclined

I’m in the MEP field as a electrical engineer we really just some ohms law for fault calcs and VxA=W and calculating 1&3 phase loads at 120/208 277/480v
