this is the issue with cars being too heavy with technology , i don't just mean EVs either... theres no reason that can't be on a simple hinge..that you open and close , like it has been for decades

motorising everything is one of my biggest pet peeves of modern cars, like WHY does the charging flap need to open itself 😭 the only answer is probably so they can give u another repair bill tbh

thought the charger hatch needed a feed from the plug, was the breaker on the charger tripped so the car couldn't see the plug?

Your 12v battery is probably dead. It lights up to light blue/white then you can plug it in
