Please LIKE, COMMENT or SHARE my posts if you did as this helps show me that you enjoyed it🫶🏼 Day 10: Fruit & Veggie Gummies These are such a fun way to get in a little extra fruit and veggies into our day (let’s be honest, it’s really for the kids but adults may love it too)✨ Note: this is not a balanced snack, it’s just a fun and healthier way to make lollies but it won’t fill you up. If you’re hungry, have a few of these alongside some avo toast, yoghurt and fruit or nuts and boiled eggs. Thank you @colleenhealthylife for the recipe inspo✨ Purple gummies: 1 cup frozen blueberries 1/4 cup zucchini 1/2-3/4 cup coconut water 3 tbsp gelatin Optional: honey for sweetness Orange gummies: 1 cup frozen mango 1/4 cup carrot 1/2-3/4 cup coconut water 3 tbsp gelatin Optional: honey for sweetness I was also going to do green ones with green apples and spinach but I ran out of time and ran out of moulds 🤣 Method: 1. Blend the fruit, veg and coconut water until smooth. 2. Add to a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Once warm, add gelatine and whisk until dissolved. 3. I bought the fruit moulds from Amazon and they came with droppers. Use the droppers to fill the fruit moulds then pop in the fridge for an hour until set. 4. Remove from moulds and watch them disappear faster than you made them 🤣 5. Store in an airtight container for about 5-7 days.
