@emrefitness_: They said you cant lose 15kg in 30 days, but here’s how I done it 👇🏼 🔑 1000 calorie deficit. If your maintenance is 2500 calories for example, simply just subtract 1000 and this will put you in an aggressive calorie deficit. 🫀start off with 30 mins liss cardio & whenever you stall in weight, increase the duration by 5 minutes. This will make sure you carry on losing fat. I always do my cardio after weight training as this is the most effective. 💪🏼consistency is one of the most important aspects when it comes to performing an aggressive cut successfully. Never miss a day whether thats coming in to the gym to train even if you feel lazy or if its a rest day, making sure you get the cardio done because even one day can ruin the progress you’re making.
