Totally get you. I recommend avoiding all sugars (fruit is ok), seed oils, gluten, soy and dairy. Sucks but works. Wish you strenght and positive energy.

I have the same skin as you are 13 years ago and when I had my babies my hormones might have shifted and I stopped having breakouts. I was considering accutane but it has terrible side effects

why not to try garnier product. i used to be like you before. i had a lot of acne but thank god, this product help me a lot.
