It won't make your lips bigger. It can minorly change face shape if you have a maloclusion like underbite, crossbite, overjet etc but your teeth look perfect from what I can see!

Worth it but the attachments on your teeth are awkward during the process. I had my bite fixed and some straightening of my teeth, and it didn’t change my face

Invisalign is unnecessarily expensive. saw your teeth briefly. I don’t think you need it. But if you really want it, go for cheaper alternatives like clear aligner.
