I just upgraded to 85" Sony Bravia in both living and bedroom. there's no such thing as too big, I used to have 130 in screen with a projector in my living room, I just have too bright a space now

my Hisense tv has missing picture sections and a black line through the middle after 2 weeks of purchase. I was referred to the warranty section and they state they won't fix it. I now have to make a consumer affairs complaint. I will never buy a Hisense tv again or buy from JB hi-fi if this cannot be resolved. As they should not sell brands that cannot fulfill a warranty to a fair satisfactory conclusion. I am sending this email here as JB hi-fi management should be aware that selling TVs without an adequate warranty will cause poor PR issues it's probably worth stating that in the last 10 years I have bought 3 Hisense TVs without issues. This TV has no glass scratches / marks or physical abnormalities it has not been treated roughly however it has missing data lines and missing part of the picture on the right hand side. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would come and review my warranty case. kind regards
