I’ve been having symptoms for years and I went to my OBGYN, GP and a dermatologist (all women!) and no one ever mentioned hormones or perimenopause 🤦🏻♀️

Menopause.org will help you find an OBGYN to help. Mary Claire Haver on TikTok is an OB/GYN that can point you in the right direction. HRT and magnesium glycinate will also help.
