It’s been 9 days since the cookbook came out and reading your messages, seeing your creations, scrolling through sales pages to see your reviews brings me so much joy. I would be so happy if you left a review online wherever your book was sold, it would be so helpful! And if you want, while you’re at it you can check out our incredible endorsements on the Amazon page   Fudgy Brownie   Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups/300g semisweet chocolate chips 1 1/4 stick/140g butter 3/4 cup/96g flour 1/4 cup dutch-process cacao powder 1/2 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt 3 eggs 1 cup/200g granulated sugar 1/8 cup/25g light brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp/28g olive oil   Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F. Butter an 8 x 8 pan and line with two pieces of parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa. Set aside. In another medium bowl, add chocolate chips and butter and microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring between each, until melted. Set aside to cool at room temperature.   In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugars, vanilla, and olive oil. Pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and mix until combined. Add flour mixture into the batter and fold just until combined. Transfer the batter to the pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool for at least 2 hours before slicing.   Bon Appétit!   Notes: This is my favorite, perfectly fudgy brownie recipe. It is so delicious when warm but even more delicious the next day! For this video, I separated the recipe into 3 smaller containers. If baking in smaller containers, bake for 19-21 minutes
