it seems like fungal acne, I have it too. if they don't go away with any skincare then you can use nizoral shampoo, selsun blue the medicated, or head and shoulders clean and fresh shampoo.

This looks like what happened to me twice due to an allergic reaction. I stopped using all skincare apart from La Roche Posay Cicaplast and it cleared it up. I hope it clears soon 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

i had this when i overheated in my sleep!!! i put a cold compress on all day and it went away. also if ur using a new haircare product it could be an allergy to that! essential oils always trigger me

Mine was the exact same as this. I tried everything, metronidazole gel and cream, elidel, protopic you name it. Only thing that worked was 3months Doxy cyclone and clindamycin lotion 🥰
