Can you explain why I noticed when I’m not paying attention to my breathing and I’m not doing it on demand, I find myself taking short shallow breaths and it makes me feel like I can’t get enough air in my lungs and I’ve been feeling like I can’t breathe unless I yawn but I can’t make myself yawn. I’ve just been feeling like I can’t fill my lungs with air.
