As someone who works in operations for Reliant I’ll tell y’all it’s no status for who loses power. It doesn’t matter if you’re rich or poor. Location matters, only ppl safe are the ones by a hospital. Outages will likely be at night & rolling outages don’t last long. As a matter of fact we already have rolling outages just ppl aren’t home to notice. I live in Sienna & we have a standby generator but ppl should prepare themselves because it’s hurricane season anyway.
