I thought only us moms experienced phantom crying. My husband also experienced this with both of our kid he thought he heard or babies cry at work... he worked 2hrs away.

I nanny for a woman who had this problem. I asked if it was OK if I could stand just outside the door while she showered so that I could give her updates on the baby, It REALLY helped her

as a nanny i hear baby cries when im not even at work. same with animals. i randomly hear meowing when im not around my cats. makes me feel a bit cray
