@somaghome: Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler: Peel and cut 8-9 fresh peaches (can use frozen as well), place in 9x13 dish. Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1 T cornstarch, 1 t cinnamon. Mix well. Cut 2 cans of cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread onto an even layer on top of peaches. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 20 minutes. Using icing included with cinnamon rolls, put into a mixing bowl and add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, splash of vanilla, and 1-2 T of milk.
