You want to be in a slight deficit that way you don’t hate your life and fall off track with a strict diet. 2️⃣ Food quality is so important. While it’s possible to lose weight eating McDonald’s I do not recommend it! Focus on cooking at home and eating clean Whole Foods. This way you feel full and filled with energy. 3️⃣ Protein!!
