As someone who is “looked at a birch tree too hard” allergic there is a cross over you need to be aware of… hazelnuts are in the birch family…

I did an allergy test in September, I found out that I am pretty much allergic to all grass, dust, dogs and other things I didn’t know that you could have a score bigger than five 😭 my highest score

You might want to look into histamine allergies and talk to a doctor about them maybe! They can make lots of allergies. Uh. Interesting. Always worth a research!

Yup, welcome to my world. It's not fun. Keep that epi pen handy and if they haven't recommended it yet, allergy shots are a good thing if they are available to you. They have helped me so much.

Having done 3 different allergy skin tests in my life, I can assure you they do ✨not✨ get better... and the having to sit still and not scratch part fucking suck 🫠

I get this- except I no longer have any understanding of how bad my allergy to grass is, but I’ve been allergic to it since I was very young and that sucks.
