@allantheshearer: Blade shearing a Woodstock sheep. These sheep are extremely rare and originate from a wild mob in the Waimakariri gorge in New Zealand. They are descendants of merinos that escaped into the wild over 100 years ago. The still have lovely soft wool like merinos but tend to have less crimp and staple definition.
