Mix until everything is well combined, then set aside.  3. Now it’s time to assemble! In the center of each tortilla, add the sauce, ground beef, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, and diced onion. Fold in both sides of the tortilla and then roll as if you are rolling a burrito, making sure to push the toppings into the center as you're rolling.  4. Preheat a large pan to medium-high heat and add a tiny bit of oil. Cook for a few minutes on each side until crispy on the outside and warm on the inside!  5.
