You crave a cookie, try to resist, and end up eating everything in sight. Here’s how to bounce back: 1. Don't Beat Yourself Up: Be kind to yourself. One binge doesn’t define you or your journey.
2. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to help your body process the excess food and reduce bloating.
3. Eat Balanced Meals: Get back on track with nutritious, balanced meals. Focus on protein, fiber, and healthy fats.
4. Move Gently: Light exercise like walking or yoga can help you feel better without adding stress to your body.
5. Reflect, Don’t Restrict: Understand what triggered the binge. Avoid restrictive diets that can lead to more binges.
6. REPEAT this MANTRA: “My best meals come after my worst meals”, then just get back on track!
