@aspiringoldigger: 1. Parfait - A serving of plain greek yogurt - A scoop of protein powder (I used Jet puff flavor) -Fruit of choice (i used mango) -Black sesame seeds (or granola) 2. Savory yogurt bowl (cilbir) - A serving of plain Greek yogurt - 1 grated garlic clove - dill -S&P - i used jarred chili oil but there is a specific one for cilbir that i did not feel like making lol - also i used soft boiled eggs instead of poached - sourdough bread #homecooking #highproteinmeals
