I loved being able to sit after the meal, talk, maybe get an aperitif and not feel like we have to hurry and leave because they brought the check.

when I was in Spain it took 20 minutes even after we asked for the check sometimes 🤣🤣 I was scared to eat at a restaurant before our train and something that was time sensitive lmao
