@yummy_little_belly: AVOCADO FRITTERS! 🥑 Ingredients • 1 medium ripe avocado • 1 egg • 20g grated cheddar cheese • Extra virgin olive oil or unsalted butter for frying Method 1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado well. Add the grated cheese and egg, and mix until well combined. 2. Heat the olive oil/butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the batter for each fritter into the skillet. 3. Cook until the underside is golden brown, adjusting the temperature if browning too quickly. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown. 4. Let the fritters cool slightly before serving. Buon appetito! 👶🏻 Suitable for babies 6+ months. ❄️ Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
