Scrunch it up in your hand.. if it’s real it will bounce back.. place it to the light and you will see the coat of arms

1. hold it up to the light. there should be the coat of arms in the clear window. 2 try a black light. 3 they shouldn't tear if you try rip them. 4 should spring back when scrunched

Put it under a uv light. Notes can have slight differences but authentic money has uv ink in the serial numbers

Do the scrunch test, real ones should bounce back out almost instantly face ones will hold the scrunched shape a little longer

hey!! do the tear test, try and rip the note. If it rips, it’s most likely fake. If it does rip, try it in another spot as sometimes old notes can rip x

There can be variances in sizing check if you can tear it also check for water mark in the notes hold it up to the light there is also an RBA bank note app that you can check all the security checks

Heaps of them in circulation.. the slightly larger ones have issues with the serial numbers or the line of text missing.
