And a lot of people about constantly ask about my programming and app🧚‍♀️ If I could give you one piece of advice and something I wish I would’ve known when I started it would be to REPEAT YOUR WORKOUTS!!!!!!!! But a lot of you see my workouts I’m sure you question. Why each week repeats? The goal is to progress week by week. Too slowly add more weight as decrease and grow overall muscle and strength ♥️ I’ve seen more and more people fall in love with progressive overload and it’s been so fun for me to see them progress!!
