Add the tomato paste, rice, and spice mix (16 gr), and crumble the chicken bouillon cube over the pan. Mix everything together. Add the water and turn the heat up. Once the water starts boiling, turn the heat down. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and let it sit for 15-30 minutes (keep the lid on). Heat the heavy cream in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp on both sides until done. Remove the shrimp from the pan. Heat the remaining heavy cream in the same frying pan. Add the whipped cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley. Mix well. Cook until the sauce has thickened. Serve the rice in a bowl. Top with shrimp.
