@gabbituft: One of my biggest secrets for hunger cravings! - I’ve been buying baby food packets for years and using them to settle my tummy when I feel hunger cravings in between meals. - They’re low in calories, and are mostly puréed fruits and veggies. The only added ingredient, usually, is lemon juice. - At 45-60 calories, these are my go-to snacks every day. - And sorry about the space-out.
