@thrivingonplants: Strawberry Iced Matcha Latte 🍓🍵🥛 Been jaw dropping over the prices of these in Sydney cafes sooo let's make our own at home 🥰 I don't have exact measurements for this but here's the gist of it below: 1. Sift 2-3 tsp matcha (preferably ceremonial grade) in a bowl. Add in some hot water (not boiling) and whisk well for up to 1 minute until frothy. 2. For the strawberry sauce: I made some strawberry compote by cooking down frozen strawbs, lemon juice and sugar. I then blended this up. Add as much as you want to the bottom of a large glass or jar. 3. Fill up with ice then add in your choice of milk. I usually use oat or soy. 4. Finally, top with your matcha mixture.
