@drew.hallgrimson: June is men’s mental health month. here are a few tips to improve your wellbeing if you suffer with a mental illness, 1. Get into a routine - Having a routine is so important for staying on track with your goals and improving your well being. Figure out what kind of routine you’d like and stick to it. 2. Acknowledge your feelings - Remember to feel whatever it is you’re feeling. Don’t try to suppress it and turn to unhealthy habits to avoid it. 3. Journal - Write down your thoughts into a journal. This helps you clear your mind and you’ll be able to track your progress. 4. Get outside - Vitamin D is natures anti depressant, so get outside and explore. 5.
