Chimichurri Steak, Sweet Potato Mash + Pan Seared Greens 🥩🍠 Recipe: -Prick your sweet potato with a fork, rub with a little salt and olive oil and airfry / bake for approx 45 mins at 180C or until soft -Season your sirloin with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt n pepper and set aside (needs to reach room temperature before cooking) -Make a chimichurri sauce using approx 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 minced garlic cloves, 1/4 chopped chilli and a handful of finely chopped parsley and coriander -Get your pan nice and hot ready to cook your steak. I usually sear mine for around 2 mins per side on a high heat for a pink steak, basting with butter and fresh garlic after flipping. However, the cooking time will depend on the thickness of your steak so check for package instructions. Leave steak to rest for around 10 mins -To the same pan you cooked your steak, add some green beans to soak up the flavour! Add a little extra garlic, salt n pepper to taste and fry for around 5-7 mins until slightly charred and cooked through -Remove the sweet potato skins and mash the sweet potato up with some butter if you want n there you go 😋 #wholefoods #steak #healthydinner #EasyRecipe #highprotein #fyp
