@sasanka.premachandra: I usually do a minimum of 4 exercises. But I only had 30 minutes and this is all I could get in. 😭 Some movement is better than nothing. Also, quality over quantity is real. Mind to muscle connection, the right technique/ form and a comfortable weight will get you better results than doing 10 different exercises in a workout.
