I have ADHD and before I was diagnosed and medicated I would also make similar mistakes. missing exits and remembering driving directions was one of my biggest struggles.

I once missed my exit traveling from Anniston, AL to Florence, AL… I took the next exit for a re-route and ended up in Florence, GA which is 3 hours in the opposite direction

I spent all of 48 yrs old thinking I was 49yrs old about to turn 50... on my birthday night I was extra happy to get an extra year before 50... 52 now, so this was a few years ago.
