@nrlphysio: Justin Olam ruled out for the Tigers today as he continues to manage a knee injury that has troubled him all season. Hope from the Tigers is it’s a 1 week absence/rest, but is an issue that won’t completely go away any time soon. Olam has been receiving PRP injections into his knee - involves spinning his blood in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich-plasma (PRP), then is injected into injured tissue. Minor surgery could also be an option but would come with a ~6 week recovery period. #nrl
