I paid off my house. then borrowed £100000 interest only and bought 3 more house. my interest only mortgage is £250pm, my income after everything on other 3 is £900pm. £650 pm extra covers my bills.

people risk a lot by rushing the investment by getting huge debts and being at high risk ... it is incredibly safer doing things differently
