a tip: theres a profiler mod called observable that has a awesome ingame overlay showing which blocks take up the most server tick time. it's really useful for create since some blocks bug out.

Well on a server I made a special xp farm. So it took millions of cobble an hour melted it then used soul fire to infest it to place it and break it to spawn silverfish and killed em for xp.

if you're in a server with a modpack like ATM9 we all know some create machinery can be replaced by other mods with less server load, stuff like the elevator just using elevator blocks and the like
