@chefjjskitchen: Shatta Ingredients: - 500 grams of chilis (Use any type of peppery chilis that you prefer) - 1 tbsp @ndcmuscat Himalayan pink salt - 1 tbsp vinegar - 4 tbsps @ndcmuscat olive oil - start by washing and chopping the chilis then blend them with their seeds till they form a paste. - add a table spoon of salt to each 500 grams of blended chilis. 1 table spoon of vinegar and 2 table spoons of olive oil. - spread the paste on a flat plate and place it in the fridge uncovered for 24 hours. ( if it is too watery discard half of the liquid) - drizzle a table spoon at the bottom of a clean jar and place the chili paste in it. Drizzle another table spoon on top and seal it. - store it in a cold dark place and let it ferment for a week. The longer it ferments the more flavor it develops. - have it on literally everything and enjoy. شطه المكونات: - نص كيلو فلفل احمر - ملعقه كبيره من @ndcmuscat ملح الهملايا الوردي - ملعقه كبيره خل - ٤ ملاعق كبار زيت زيتون - نغسل و نفرم الفلفل. نخلطه لحتى ما يصير قوامه كالمعجون. - نضيف ملعقة ملح. خل و ملعقتين كبار زيت زيتون. - نخلطهم و نفردهم على صحن مسطح. - نحط الصحن بالثلاجه لمدة ٢٤ ساعه. - نضيف ملعقة زيت زيتون بمرطبان معقم و نظيف و نصب الشطه. - نضيف ملعقه فوق الشطه و نسكر عالمرطبان. - نخليه يتخلل لمدة اسبوع. كل ما طول كل ما صار الذ. #food #sauce #spicy #chili #palestine #palestinianfood
