you have to balance it by turning the feet in or out. use a spirit level to see if its balanced

Level it … at the bottom you have silver little feet that you need to level it. It comes with a tool to do it

😂😂😂 Nee Hadj! Check that the travel bolts are removed at the back, if it is then the legs are not level, just adjust them. A Hisense technician can come out free if it’s still under warranty x

there should be a bolt in the back. it may be holding a plastic clip in. you need to removed the bolt and it will stop doing that.

Should remove the transport bolts at the rear of the machine. The bolts look as if they part of the machine but they are not. Should be silver in colour and they are long in length. YouTube 😊

mine did this until I decided to read the instruction manual page by page. Remove the 4 or 5 bolts...their function is to stop the drum from moving around & getting damage during transit

Can someone explain why mine when washing it washes (spins) for a few seconds and then stop and the starts again…. It does this until it finishes washing and rinsing.

After removing shipping bolts, try and level it up. If floor is not entirely level, this can also happen. The 4 legs at the bottom is adjustable.

people right about the bolts , they are transport bolts which keep the drum from moving... it could damage the drum using it like that

if not the shipping bolts, buy 4 lockable wheels and have a board cut to size and make a trolley for it😏
