@clubbkitchenbykiaj: Sizzling Chicken & Shrimp! @tgifridays inspired Recipe Below ⬇️ Ingredients: - 2 chicken breast - 7 cleaned Shrimp - 1 tsp each My seasoning (link in bio)Soul seasoning, garlic lemon pepper, Cajun seasoning - 5 to 7 red skinned potatoes -1 stick of butter or more - 2 tsp garlic salt -1 TB ranch (optional) - 1/3 cup heavy cream - 1 block Colby Jack shredded - 1 each Red, green, yellow bell peppers - 1 Onion Instructions: Clean and split chicken if your pieces are too thick like mine were. Because everything is cooked fast. Season and set aside. Chop your veggies. Dice potatoes then boil in water with chicken bouillon til fork tender. Mash add butter, garlic salt, heavy cream and ranch. Grab your cast iron skillet on medium high heat add butter and peppers. Cook and remove. Next, add more butter then cook the chicken remove, shrimp and remove. Once everything is cooked. Add butter grated cheese then layer in your veggies, smashed potatoes, chicken and shrimp.
