@ariavincefitness: The whole “training upper body will make you bulky” discussion. I get it. Of course everyone has their own goals, but I think some people, particularly beginners, have become afraid to start training upper just because they might accidentally become bulky. I’ve been actively growing my upper for years so muscle growth won’t happen by accident, but whenever I notice myself growing more muscle than i want, i just pull back the volume and this works for me We all have different body shapes, genetics and eating habits, and different perceptions of what is “bulky”. Plus body fat will largely play into the appearance of “bulk”. I suggest trial and error and finding what truly works for you instead of immediately ruling out training upper. Trying things out is the beauty of training @DFYNE dc: “ARIA” #gymgirl #biceps #gymmotivation #muscles

If I do high reps with light reps could help ? I mean if someone is happy how their upper body looks like, doing high reps could be a better option rather than progressive overload?
