Refinance and consolidate at a credit union. Not only will you cut the interest in half youll pay them back faster and probably lower your payment

I swear this could actually be helpful. I refinanced my private loans from sallie mae to citizens. I used to pay $650/month for private now i pay $350.

It feels like there’s no right way to do it if you don’t have parents who will pay for it. Went to a state school, graduated early, had scholarships, still in soooo much private and federal debt.
