In general, under this post I want to discuss how movies often romanticize panic attacks, depression, etc. Real life is much harsher than what is portrayed on screen; movies never show what it's like when you struggle daily to feel good again and to overcome constant anxiety. When you don't know when you'll finally stop taking medications and visiting doctors in the hospital. When those damn panic attacks will finally disappear. It's not cool to deal with something like this, as I've experienced firsthand, as I myself faced the consequences of neglecting my mental health almost a year ago and I don't know how much more time it will take to return to normal. So, please remember that movies aren't reality, and it's crucial to prioritize your emotional well-being just as much as your physical health.
