I dont think Slatra would refer to Reave/Elluin as my Host. I was thinking that it could be Caelis which attached to her when she removed the Aether Stone. Caelis also lost his sight/freedom 1/2

The last piece that’s stabbed in her heart seen with dragonsight has to be the very last moonplume which allows her dragon to continue living through her. It’s why The Other is so hungry for flesh
