Starting solids can be a wild ride! 🎢😵‍💫 But wanna know what makes it wilder? Feeding solids on-the-go – whether it’s a trip to the park, a beach day or a family holiday, feeding our baby out and about can be a challenge 😫 I get it – the mess, the tantrums, the chaos, trying to get them to sit still in a new environment… did I mention the mess? I thought I’d share a few tips today to make it easier for you to navigate solids when you’re away from home:  1️⃣ Pack food that’s easy to eat – things baby can easily hold like fingers of fruit, pancakes etc are always a hit. 2️⃣ Bring a spill-proof bib to protect their clothes.  Hubby forgot to put on our fav bibs from @littlechomps 3️⃣ Plan ahead – research where you’re going and where exactly you could set up with Bub. 4️⃣ Wipes. Say no more. 5️⃣ Portable High Chair - optional but there are no words for how convenient this is. We have the @maxandkoko (gifted) which has been absolute game-changer for our family. It’s easy clean, has a removable tray and is super lightweight. It even folds down into its own little carry bag. We used this on holiday recently and were able to feed Hadley easily in the apartment we stayed in, as well as on a recent family park picnic. This was great as it gave Hadley her own space to enjoy her food while the boys kicked a ball around. She loved it! What’s your best tip for feeding solids on-the-go?
