I worked for a charter school that the adults had to wear the same uniform as the students. Blue or white polo and khaki bottoms. Shoes with socks.

my public middle school had all the girls kneel on the floor every HR to have the teacher measure how far out skirts/shorts were from the ground while the boys watched and laughed
