@sheenathinagaran: Hi all, Lazy day calls for lazy dish, but my lazy dish has to be sedap lar. So here we go..superrrr easy and yummy recipe. We are making Eggs Chili Fry today. Selamat mencuba 🤗 Egg Chili Fry By Sheena Ingredients :- 5 eggs 1 onion 2 red chili 1 ts chicken stock powder 2 tbs kicap manis 1 ts brown sugar/sugar Handful anchovies 10 cili padi, 5 shallot & 4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped together) Method :- 1. In a pan, heat up oil and fry eggs. Scramble it. Keep aside 2. Fry anchovies till crisp and keep aside 3. Into the same pan, add more oil and add in all chopped ingredients, onion and red chili. 4. Saute well for a minute 5. Add in chicken stock powder, sugar and kicap 6. Mix well 7. Add in eggs and stir well 8. Off the heat 9. Add in fried anchovies and mix well 10.
