imo if you have a vagina, biologically or beautifully made then you can be on a female ward. if a trans woman has went as far as to have all those surgeries done then there is zero threat to woman

I really feel for you and the position this puts you in. It’s not good enough to throw these policies out with no solutions. The concern is the risk of a minority of men pretending to be trans to benefit from access to women in vulnerable situations. It should never be applied to people like yourself. The question is how to differentiate to make sure trans women AND women are safe in vulnerable spaces. I don’t know the answers but we all deserve better than blanket policies designed for an audience.
