Want to add: if you have a bunch of industry-specific jargon you need to EXPLAIN IT. Often the HM doesn’t have all the background needed to understand your acronyms. Spell it out I beg you!!!😭

I have a very basic resume. 1 page. City ,state, email & number. My job descriptions are listed in bullets & I have my education and skills listed. I always get interviews and always get hired.

I review resumes as an interviewer. If they have soft skills listed on their resume, I’m going to ask for examples or be on the lookout in the interview if they actually are, ie, detail oriented
